So apparently in my sister’s class, there was a trans girl that had been on the cheerleading squad for a while. When she came out, the other girls on the squad made the agreement that whatever boy made fun of her would never get a date. And if you think that’s not the most metal girl alliance ever, you can sit down.

I already addressed this on twitter but for real stop that “well it’s been worse” bullshit. Or “well we have to suffer to get change” shut the fuck up.
Black people shouldn’t have to suffer to survive, we’ve suffered enough just within the past 10 years to last at least 3 lifetimes. Add in all of our history of suffering since we first encountered white colonizers and we shouldn’t even have to go through touching too hot water.
This is like those parents who invalidate there kids issues or excuse they abuse saying “oh well my parents were worse.” Or “back in my day we didn’t have…” like damn that sucks for you but don’t use the pain of yesterday to blow off today’s pain.

I hear so many people saying if Bernie doesn’t get the nomination, they aren’t even going to vote. Without a majority of congresspeople who are willing to stand up for what’s right, it won’t matter who takes office or what kind of policy changes they want to make. Our current Representatives aren’t going to help us stop this. We have to help ourselves. Vote. No matter what.

I’ve just been kicked out of my house
Sorry to do this, but I need serious help. I got into an argument with my dad and to make a long story short he’s kicked me out of the place I was renting. My mom told me to use the boxes we have to pack all of our things as him doing this was the last straw for her too. But as you all know I don’t have any money,
Please help us get out of this situation. We need to leave as soon as possible as we don’t know what he will do. Remember he has threatened to burn me alive before and he was the one who was hitting on me and my siblings when we were little… by hitting I mean he never wooped us, he punched and choked and popped toes, etc.
